Here’s what you should know.
Start with a fresh face.
Please arrive at the appointment with clean eyes that are free from any traces of eye makeup.
Press pause on certain products.
Discontinue any use of waterproof mascara & any products on or around the eye area that contain oil. Everything must be water-based & oil-free ONLY.
Avoid chemicals & oils.
Products on or around the eye area MUST NOT CONTAIN Ethylhexylglycerin, Dimethicone & Dimethicone Compounds, Shea Butter, Safflower Oil, Jojoba Oil, Mineral Oil, or any Oils.
Protect your investment.
We do offer a variety of retail products formulated specifically for lash extensions!
Keep it clean.
Clients who arrive with mascara and eyeliner stuck in extensions may require removal & new lash extension set.
Be prepared.
Contact lens wearers please wear glasses on day of appointment or bring a contact lens case for removal during service.
